BrandX SAS ("we", "us", "our") operates BrandX (the "Service"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account: email, password hash, OAuth identifiers, language preference.
- Usage: AI requests, tools used, dates, token counts (no payload retention by default).
- Billing: handled by Stripe — we never store full card details.
- Analytics: anonymous funnel events via PostHog. No third-party tracking pixels.
How we use your data
- To deliver and improve the Service.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To send essential notifications (no marketing emails without consent).
Your content
Inputs and outputs you submit to the AI tools are processed by our LLM provider (OpenRouter) and our own servers. Your content is never used to train public models. You can delete documents and your account at any time.
